CHERRY LA offers a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that all seasonal sale items and limited-edition collaborations are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
